From october 1st to May 15th the heating cost is excluded (120 € per day).
Payment conditions:
- 30% advance payment
- 40% second payment (60 days within the arrival date)
- 30% balance at the arrival date
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refundable for cancellation within 60 days before arrival
- 50% refundable for cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival
- Non-refundable cancellation after 30 days before arrival
